Proposals such as the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.opengovstandards.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Open Government Standards<\/a>, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.opengovguide.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Open Government Guide<\/a>, and other initiatives and instruments have aimed to provide benchmarks and guidance for the evaluation of national action plan commitments.<\/p>\n<p>What are the current guidelines and standards for measuring open government? How can these help OGP members develop action plans? What should the next steps be in standards development? These are some of the questions that will be answered by the panel speakers, who include:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Helen Darbishire, Executive Director of Access Info Europe<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Alan Hudson, from Global Integrity<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Maya Forstater, from the Open Government Guide<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pichiu Radu, State Secretary, Prime Minister&#8217;s Chancellery, Romania<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Gjergji Vurmo, Independent Reporting Mechanism Evaluator for Albania<\/p>\n<p>The panel will be held <strong>on May 8, from 11:30 to 13:00<\/strong>.
