Using this research, we can then write reports on the state of transparency in the European Union, make recommendations based on our specific expertise, and rally all those interested in their Right to Know what the EU is doing. To find out more about our work, click on one of the links below.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"en\/who-we-are\/81-partner-organisations\" target=\"_blank\">Partnerships<\/a><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Specifically for EU access to documents campaigning, Access Info Europe has teamed up with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.clientearth.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">ClientEarth <\/a>and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.greenpeace.org\/eu-unit\/\" target=\"_blank\">Greenpeace<\/a>. We are also members of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alter-eu.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">ALTER-EU<\/a> and work closely with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.statewatch.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Statewatch<\/a>. We are also collaborating with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ecas-citizens.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\">ECAS <\/a>on a potential project to bring citizens closer to the EU institutions via a Virtual European Citizens&#8217; House (pending funding approval).<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"en\/european-union\/148-letters-sent-by-access-info\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Letters<\/span><\/a><\/h2>\n<p>One method of campaigning is sending <a href=\"en\/european-union\/148-letters-sent-by-access-info\" target=\"_blank\">letters <\/a>to your elected representatives. In the case of the EU these would be the Members of the European Parliament, directly elected every 5 years.<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"en\/component\/content\/article\/149\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Press Releases<\/span><\/a><\/h2>\n<p>This section contains only Access Info&#8217;s <a href=\"en\/component\/content\/article\/149\" target=\"_self\">EU press releases<\/a>, which are specifically about our work on the European Union. One of the most essential parts of campaigning is making sure that people, civil society organisations and government representatives alike know what is being done to defend our democratic rights.
