Recomendaciones

  • Los registros mercantiles en Europa deben ser completamente accesibles al público, sin costes y en formatos de open data.
  • La ley de acceso a la información debe aplicarse íntegramente a los organismos encargados de los registros mercantiles y a los mismos registros.
  • Los registros deben permitir y facilitar las búsquedas gratuitas y por documentos de la información sobre las empresas.
  • Las políticas de privacidad deben aplicarse de manera consistente en todo momento de modo que las supuestas consideraciones de privacidad no puedan ser ignoradas al pagar por la información.
