Research Intern

Fatima Zahra joined Access Info Europe as a Research Intern in May 2026 to support the organisation’s work.

She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Università del Piemonte Orientale and an LL.M. in Comparative Law, Economics and Finance from the International University College of Turin. She is currently a PhD candidate in Comparative and European Legal Systems at the University of Trento, researching the EU’s external migration governance and the use of non-binding instruments in relations with third countries, with a focus on transparency and accountability.

She has gained practical legal experience through internships and volunteering in immigration law and is an active legal advisor for migrants.

She speaks Italian, English, French and Arabic.
