This event is organised by the Secretaría de Estado de Función Pública (State Secretary of Public Service) to fulfil one of the commitments approved in the Open Goverment’s Third Plan: propelling a cultural change through education, training and raising awareness of the key public actors, civil servants, and citizens in the development of the transparency’s principles, participation, accountability and collaboration.

Helen will take part in the panel discussion titled “Being part of the Open Government Partnership: challenges and opportunities”. This discussion is moderated by Francisco Delgado Morales, president of Acredita and other participants will be representatives of the three Public Administrations and Civil Society’s organisations.
