Panel discussion with simultaneous translation in English and Italian
With just 60 days to go before the first presentation of the draft text for an Italian FOIA before the Italian Parliament, this panel discussed the proposal and the associated issues. Helen Darbishire, Executive Director of Access Info Europe, talked about the international standards in Freedom of Information Laws and presented a first analysis of the Italian draft law highlithing its strengths and its weaknesses.
