Alba Gutiérrez will be participating in the discussion session organized by the Spanish Socialist Party (PSOE) on “Transparency Law and Access to Information for the Region of Madrid” (Ley de Transparencia y el Acceso a la Información para la Comunidad de Madrid). The session will take place on 15th April 2016 at the Asamblea de Madrid.
Alba will be part of the round table “Fundamental Aspects of Transparency Law, Right to Information and Transparency Portals, open data and information reuse” (Aspectos Fundamentales de la Ley de Transparencia, el Derecho a la Información y Portales de transparencia, datos abiertos y reutilización de la información). Other participants will be Guzmán Garmendia (MP of the Region of Navarra), José Cepeda (Madrid Senator and MP of the Region of Madrid) and Irene Lozano (Member of the Spanish Congress).
Alba will share Access Info Europe’s analysis of Madrid draft law on transparency, pointing out its potentiality and possible improvements.
