Helen Darbishire and Alba Gutiérrez met with María Pía Junquera Temprano, Director-General of Administrative and Procedures Organisation of the Ministry of Finance. In the meeting, they addressed the drafting process of the Third Open Government Action Plan of Spain, which is due to be presented in June 2017.
Other participants in the meeting were Victoria Figueroa and Isabel Moya, representing the Ministry, and David Cabo and Jacobo Elosua, from the Civio Fundation.
