Montenegrin Government Releases EU Accession Questionnaire Madrid/Brussels/Podgorica, 14 April 2010: Access Info Europe and MANS welcome the release on Monday, 12 April 2009, by the Montenegrin government of its replies to the European Union’s pre-accession questionnaire, which were submitted to the European Commission in December 2009. 12 Abril 2010, Nicosia/Madrid: KAB, IKME y Access Info Europe han inagurado con dos jornadas de formación un proyecto bicomunal para promover el derecho de acceso a la información y la participación pública en Chipre. El acceso a la información en poder de organismos públicos ha sido reconocido, por la Corte Europea de Derechos Humanos entre otros, como un derecho fundamental por ser parte inherente de la libertad de expresión.
